A 20-year-old Rogers resident remains behind bars on Wednesday after an arrest on Tuesday on a probable cause warrant for two felony sexual crimes involving a 13-year old female.
Authorities in Benton County arrested Emilio Gerado Orellna-Alfaro, who lives in the 850 block of West Banz in Rogers, on a probable cause warrant that was issued in Benton County Circuit Court charging him with Class Y Felony Rape and Felony Sexual Assault in the Second Degree.
The warrant as issued on April 17 after an investigation into a relationship between Orellena-Alfaro and a juvenile identified as "K.R" and listed as "approximately 13-years-of age".
According to the booking information, the offense occurred the day before the warrant was issued.
The court also ordered a no-contact order between Orrelena-Alfaro and the teen.
Orrelena-Alfaro remains jailed on a $100,000 bond.
