A Bigelow man convicted of producing child pornography involving multiple minor victims was sentenced to 18 years in federal prison on Wednesday, federal prosecutors announced.

+ 34, received the sentence from U.S. District Judge D.P. Marshall Jr. in the Eastern District of Arkansas. Judge Marshall also imposed 20 years of supervised release following Williams' prison term. There is no parole in the federal system

.U.S. Attorney Jonathan D. Ross for the Eastern District of Arkansas hailed the outcome, noting the case's ties to a broader effort to combat child exploitation

.Williams was indicted by a federal grand jury in a superseding indictment on May 6, 2025. He faced four counts of production of child pornography, two counts of distribution, and one count of possession

The case began in October 2022 when the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office sought FBI assistance in a child exploitation investigation involving Williams, who at the time worked as a technology coordinator at a high school in Mt. Vernon, Arkansas.

Williams had resigned from his position on May 4, 2022, amid a separate school investigation into allegations that he sold vape pens to students and engaged in inappropriate social media interactions with them

.After his resignation, school officials examined his work computer and discovered approximately 500 images of child sexual abuse material stored on his Google Drive.

The drive was linked to the school district's employee email and document system and was accessible only by Williams.Forensic review identified nine minor victims. The material included multiple images depicting Williams engaging in sex acts with the minors.

Investigators also uncovered videos showing Williams performing sex acts on a minor victim inside his vehicle. A search warrant executed at Williams' residence on December 2, 2022, located the vehicle matching the one in the videos

.Further searches of Williams' phone and a personal server revealed text messages from July 2018 to March 2019 between Williams and minor victims. These included exchanges of sexually explicit photographs and arrangements to meet for sexual encounters. Hundreds more images of child sexual abuse material were found during these searches.

Following a three-day trial that ended on May 29, 2025, a federal jury convicted Williams on four counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession. He was acquitted on the distribution charges

.The case was prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a Department of Justice initiative launched in 2006 to fight child sexual exploitation and abuse through coordinated federal, state, and local efforts.

The investigation was led by the FBI, with assistance from the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kristin Bryant and Jordan Crews handled the prosecution.
