An Oklahoma woman has been charged with a felony for allegedly casting two ballots in the November 2024 general election, the Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury announced Thursday.
Victoria Vincenza Dill, 31, faces one count of illegal voting after authorities say she voted in person in Oklahoma County and submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County on the same day. The election included races for president and vice president, state officials such as corporation commissioner, U.S. and state representatives, state senators, judges, and several state questions.
Dill is registered as a Democrat, according to public voter records cited in multiple news reports on her indictment.
These sources note that she registered to vote in Oklahoma County (as a Democrat) just two weeks before the November 2024 general election, while having prior registration ties to Payne County.
The Oklahoma State Election Board uncovered the discrepancy, prompting an investigation.
Attorney General Gentner Drummond emphasized the severity of the offense, stating, “The integrity of our elections is paramount to ensuring every voice is heard. Each illegal vote nullifies a lawful one, eroding trust in our democratic process. My office is committed to rooting out voter fraud and holding violators accountable.”
If convicted, Dill faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $50,000.The indictment represents a formal charge, not a conviction. Dill is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
