Incident report from December 21 arrest of US Marshal Museum president and CEDO

United State Marshal Museum CEO and president Patrick Weeks was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Firearm after using a pistol while refusing contracted utility workers access to his property.

Weeks could face as much as six years in prison on each of the counts.
