Fort Smith Police say they have identified a body found in the Arkansas River Tuesday morning as being that of 28-year-old Jordan Louis Gillilan. Gillian's body was discovered In the river near 789 Riverfront Drive on January 10.
Officials say there were no obvious signs of foul play, but the investigation remains ongoing. His body has been sent to the State Crime Lab to determine cause and manner of death.
