Warrant and arrest information out of Franklin County reveals that a 71-year-old resident of the Alex community has been arrested and charged with four counts of rape sexual intercourse deviant activity with a female juvenile under the age of fourteen.
According to court document information, the rapes occurred over 6 years ago.
An affidavit for warrant and the arrest of Pete Darrell Over was issued on February. 2 and executed the following day. Over will be charged with four counts of Class y felonies for the violation of Arkansas criminal code.
According to information from Arkansas Court Connect, the crimes allegedly required on January 1st of 2016 obviously, because of the age of the victim, all information in the case will be subjected to censorship and redaction to protect the identity of the victim.
As of 1:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon, Over remain jailed in the Franklin County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
