A Sunday afternoon arrest resulted in four felony charges and a misdemeanor Domestic Battering count being filed against Dustin Lee Vulgamore of Fort Smith.
Vulgamore has a history of felony arrests in Sebastian County dating back to 2005 l Possession of Counterfeit Drigs and Possession of an Instrument of Crime, In 2006 he had his probation revoked fuor a 2005 arrest and conviction.
Vulgamore has been charged with Robbery, Terroristic Threatening, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in addition to Domestic Battering in the Third Degree.
He remained in custody Sunday evening at 7:20 p.m. on a total of $5850 in bonds.
