Centerton police arrested a 59-year-old man on Wednesday who lives in the 1300 block of Marigold Road and charged him with one count of Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, a Class D felony in thee state of Arkansas.
Ronnie Joe Lowrance was booked into the Benton County Detention Center Wednesday afternoon at 4:25 p.m. and remains jailed on a no-bond hold pending a hearing.
A quick review of activities involving Lowrance on Arkansas Court Connect shows he has been involved with Orders of Protection and a custody battle in the past, once as a respondent and twice as petitioner.
However, a cursory internet search of available sources did not turn up information Lowrance's past conviction that lead to the sex offender status.
