On the warm summer evening of July 7, 2022, 15-year-old Cody Clark vanished from Jay, kn Delaware County a small town not far from the Arkansas border. At six feet tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, Cody was a striking presence for his age. But despite his height and stature, he seemed to slip away without a trace.

Cody’s disappearance was reported to the Jay Police Department, and a case was opened with the National Missing and Unidentified Persons Systemon August 15, 2022. Authorities noted that Cody was last seen on tribal land, where he also resided.

The case quickly drew attention due to a possible lead: Cody may have traveled to the Fayetteville area, just over an hour’s drive from Jay.

Despite this clue, little else has surfaced. His clothing at the time of disappearance remains unknown, and no confirmed sightings have been reported. The lack of detail has left investigators and the community with more questions than answers.

The Oklahoma Cold Cases organization has listed Cody’s case among its active investigations, urging anyone with information to contact the Jay Police Department at (918) 253-4277. His profile remains active on NamUs, a vital tool in connecting missing persons with law enforcement and the public.

As of today, Cody Clark would be 18 years old. His case remains unsolved, and his family continues to hope for answers. Whether he left voluntarily, was lured away, or met with foul play remains unknown.

But in the quiet corners of Jay and the bustling streets of Fayetteville, someone may hold the key to bringing Cody home.
