A 20-year-old Lead Hill man was killed Thursday morning in a one-vehicle accident on State Highway 281 south of the intersection with State Highway 14E according to information from the Arkansas State Police.
Law enforcement officials say Pierce Marshall was driving a 2004 Infiniti southbound on State Highway 281 when he ran off the west side of the roadway and struck a fence. The car then struck a power pole and rolled over before finally coming to rest on the west side of the highway,

Marshall's death was the 469th roadway fatality for the year in Arkansas.
