A 26-year-old Benton County man sits in the Washington County Detention Center with a $75,000 bond after his arrest on Thursday on six felony counts, including two charges of Rape and four drug-related crimes.
Christopher Chacon, who lives in the 1780 block of Amethyst in Springdale, was arrested by the Springdale Police Department for Rape-Forcible Sodomy, Rape- Intercourse, Introducing a Controlled Substance into a Detention Center, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Deliver, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Chacon was booked into the WCDC at 7:09 p.m.. on Thursday. He faces a June 5 morning court date for this first appearance on the charges.
