


A 32-year-old Wister man was sentenced to ten years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections after pleading to Class D Possession of Methamphetamineand Drgug Paraphernalia as a Habitual Offender in Sebastian County Circuit Court on Thursday.
Robert Lorezo Plummer, who was originally arrested on one count of Possession of Meth or Cocaine and two counts involving drug paraphernalia, received a two year sentence with four years added on each charge as a Habitual Offender.
Following that arrest and release on $6000 in bonds last year, Plummer was arrested again on March 28 of this year on a myriad of charges including Possession of Meth, Furnishing Prohibited Items, Vriminal Impersonation, Criminal Use of Prohibited Weapons( Brass Knuckles), Obstructing Governmental Operations, Failure to Appear and as a Fugitive From Another State.
He had drawn an August court date on those charges before his sentencing today.
Plummer was give four days of credited jail time for his 2020 incarceration.
