A Van Buren man was arrested earlier this week by the Crawford County Sheriff Office and charged with five counts of Sexual Indecency with a Child and one count of Attempted Rape, according to booking information from the CCSO.
Jorge Arnaldo Barralaga-Galindo was booked into the Crawford County Detention Center at 4:18 p.m. on Tuesday and charged with the five felony counts after his booking.
Barralaga-Galindo is being on a No-Bond hold on the Sexual Indecency charges and is is also facing a $250,000 legally sufficient bond on the Attempted Rape count. He remained behind bars as of 12:240 p.m. on Friday.
