Traffic stop in rural Haskell County leads to methamphetamine arrest
On March 16, 2021, Haskell County Investigator Dustin Lynch conducted a traffic stop in the Hoyt Community of rural Haskell County.
During the traffic stop Investigator Lynch made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as Delaine Warwick. During the traffic stop it was determined that the vehicle had expired tags and no insurance.
Investigator Lynch impounded the vehicle and during an inventory of the vehicle found a clear plastic bag that contained several other plastic bags with Methamphetamine and numerous other prescription drugs.
Warwick advised that she frequently drove the car but the drugs were not hers.
Warwick is currently in the Haskell County Criminal Justice Center on numerous charges to include Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute.
