The story surrounding Eureka Springs business owner Anthony Christopher continues to develop, with new details emerging.
According to a police report obtained by an FOIA filed by Today in Fort Smith, on July 13, 2023, ESP Officer Gresham was dispatched around 6:00 p.m. to meet a man in the station lobby seeking to file a sexual assault report.
The officer spoke with Anthony Dewey, the reported victim, and Michelle Davis, director of The Purple Flower organization, who was assisting Dewey with filing the report. After asking Dewey to complete a witness statement, Officer Gresham took him and Davis to an interview room for further discussion.
Dewey recounted his version of events from the night of September 29, 2022. He explained that he initially went to Brews for karaoke, but when it wasn’t available, he headed to the Gravel Bar at Wanderoo, where he met new friends who later invited him to Eureka Live for karaoke.
After singing a song there, Dewey was approached by the club owner, Anthony Christopher, who allegedly commented, “That was some big dick energy.” The remark made Dewey uncomfortable, and he responded that he wasn’t interested.
Christopher allegedly brushed off Dewey’s reaction, telling him, “It’s a compliment; take it,” and encouraged him to sing another song. Dewey recalled leaving his drink unattended while he returned to the stage.
After his second performance, Dewey stated that Christopher approached him again and led him away. Dewey described experiencing fragmented memories and feelings of confusion. He reported a disturbing incident involving Christopher and said he felt “dissociated” during parts of it. He recalled being in a back area with Christopher behind him but struggled to piece together specific details of the alleged assault.
When asked how he got home, Dewey said he had no memory of the journey, although he found his car at home the next day. He clarified that he hadn’t blacked out from drinking since his early 20s and estimated he had around six beers over several hours that night.
Christopher, when questioned by authorities, denied all allegations. He asserted that he would never be alone with a patron in a back room and typically sat at the front of the club with his husband during events.
Due to a medical condition, he claimed he hadn’t shared a bed with his husband or anyone else for several months, suggesting that anyone in close contact could risk illness -- an illness that he claimed was "monkey pox." Christopher provided a letter from his doctor, although it did not confirm his specific illness. In fact, according to the police report, Christopher's doctor said he did not believe that was what was ailing Christopher.
Christopher expressed frustration with the investigation, stating he felt harassed and mentioning possible involvement from city council member David Avensino.
He also reported receiving death threats, which he claimed had gone unaddressed by law enforcement.
On Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Asst. Chief Jones made contact with Dewey,
advising him the Prosecutor looked over the case and declined to process it due to lack of physical evidence.
This case has drawn wider attention. Javier Leiva, in collaboration with Christopher, isworking on a podcast aimed at criticizing LaDonna Humphrey, David McClam, Dennis McCaslin, and others.
Isn't it interesting that Leiva makes allegations against others without even a police report, but the blatantly ignores this report addressing a man that alleged Anthony Christopher drugged and raped him. Furthermore, Christopher’s associate, Alecia Lockhart, who has spoken out against assault, has also partnered with Christopher, despite his alleged misconduct.
If you will recall, Lockhart, a plus sized death fetish porn star, made accusations that one of her former porn producers sexually assaulted her. She has made these claims without any proof and yet, she partners with Christopher who has allegedly been druging and raping men? This is the exact behavior Lockhart has alleged happened to her!
