A man from Nixa, Mo. died after a two-car crash in Washington County Thursday night that also sent four Arkansas residents to a local hopital.
According to the Arkansas State Police, 41-year-old Donald Kramer was westbound on Bowen Road inside the city limits of Goshen when the 2017 Chevrolet he was driving hit another vehicle after crossing the center of Arkansas State Highway 45.
Eric Arana, 31, of Rogers, was eastbound in a 2018 GMC that swerved to try to avoid Kramer's Chevrolet, but the two vehicles collided on the shoulder of the road.
Upon impact, the Kramer car went off the road and into a ditch. while the Kia spun out and came to rest parallel with Kramer’s car in the ditch.
Arana and three passengers-- Jake Pinneo (33), Chauncency Boles (32, and Richard Myers (36), all of Fayetteville --were transported to Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville for treatment of unspecified injuries.
CapatainDoug Stewart of the Goshen Police department noted clear weather and a dry roadway at the time of the 11:18 p.m. accident.
