Suspect in WCDC after transfer from Oklahoma City in October murder of 15-year-old youth
A Boynton, Oklahoma man who was arrested on February 9 in Oklahoma City was returned to Washington County where he will be facing Capital Murder charges in the death of a fifteen year old whose body was found on October 21 of last year.
Rapper/DJ Diontre Dwayne Lang (AKA) "SmokeDollaz" was arrested at the Oklahoma bar in OKC where he was getting ready to perform. Police believe the crime took place outside a gas station in Fayetteville.
The youth's body was discovered the next day along a rural road near Fayetteville.
The warrant for Lang's arrest was issued on February 6 of this year after an extensive investigation.
Lang has previous felony convictions out of Muskogee County, Oklahoma for unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, committing a felony with a firearm with a defaced identification number and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
He received four concurrent 10-year deferred sentences and was fined $1,600.
