A Fort Smith man who was arrested back in November for two counts of Indecent Exposure found himself back behind bars on Sunday after an arrest by the Fort Smith Police Department on a Third Degree Assault of a Family or Household Member misdemeanor charge.
Anthony Eugene Owens was processed into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 10 a.m. Sunday morning and remained jailed at 6:45 p.m. in lieu of a $1500 legally sufficient bond.
Owens arrest on November 13 on the Indecent Exposure charges resulted in a 34-hour jail stay before he was released on another agency for a mental hold.
There is no record on Arkansas Court Connect on the final adjudication of that case.
