A 35-year-old Timbo Arkansas man with a long history of arrest and felony convictions was sentenced to eight years in the AEDC last week in Sebastian County Circuit Court on theft of property and other related charges stemming from a October 2022 arrest
According to information obtained from the court and from Sebastian County Detention Center, Kenneth Dornhoffer was initially charged with theft of property, residential burglary, theft by receiving (credit or debit card), and fleeing on foot.
He pleaded guilty to the theft of property and the residential burglary charge and was given the eight-year term with 12 additional years suspended.
Dornhoffer had been incarcerated at the Sebastian County Detention Center since his arrest on October 19, 2022. As part of the plea deal he was given credit for time served and he must make restitution, the amount of which will be determined at a later date.
Dornhoffer has had multiple arrests in the past, including at least two incidents from Stone County that sent him to prison over a decade ago.
Dornhoffer awaits transfer to the ADC at the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center.
