Springdale lowlife arrested for Rape-Forcible Fondling charge by SPD

A 44 year-old Springdale spent the weekend in jail facing a $15,000 bonf asfterv a Friday arrest for Rape-Forcible Fondling.

Police say Bial Jibas, who lives in the 3700 block of Locksley in Springale, was booked ito the Washington County Detention Center just before 5 p.m. on Friday.

Jibas faces a Rule 8.1 hearing Monday monring in Washinton County Circuit Court on the charge.

Thwere are no records listed with the state for previous arrest for Jibas.
