Skull found in Tulsa identified as woman who went missing in 2016

Officials in Tulsa have identified a human skull found in northwest Tulsa has been identified. as the partial remains of Samantha Puckett., a woman who has been missing since November 7, 2016.


The skull was found Monday morning about 30-feet off the roadway at 1300 North 33rd West Avenue in Tulsa by a photographer who was taking pictures in the area.

Foul play was suspected when Puckett went missing in 2016 and a suspect, John Paul Gladney, committed suicide a month later as police were attempting to serve a search warrant on his residence.


Gladney was the boyfriend of Puckett at the time she went missing.
