Siloam Springs police arrest man on probation and charge him with one county of Rape
The Siloam Springs Police Department arrested 22-year-old Andrew Bradley Corley and charged him with one count of Rape on Monday, according to information from the Benton County Circuit Court.
Bradley is being held on no bond pending his first court appearance, according to officials with Benton County.
The incident report from his arrest was not available at this time, with the Siloam Springs Police Department directing TIFS to the county circuit court, who said the report had not been cleared by the prosecutors offices as of 3:20 on Tuesday.
Corley was already on probation, having drawn a 60 month probation and 70 days in jail in 2017 for a plea pead on felony Failure to Appear and misdemeanor Theft by Receving charges. Apparently, he failed to adhere to the conditions of his probation as he bonded out of jail for $10,000 after a felony Revocation warrant was issued on hs previous charges o April 21.
