Sex Offenders in Your Neighborhood: Thirteen offenders in half-mile radius on south side

Thirteen registered sex offenders reside in a half-mile radius extending from the terminus of South H and South 19th Street on Fort Smith's south side.

The list includes one woman and a dozen men ranging in ages from 20-71. The crimes with a child included rape, sexual indecency , child sexual abuse and various other tear-.violations. The youngest victim was a nine-year-old female.

One of the offenders, Jorge Hernan Munoz-Monroe, is currently out of compliance with the requirements of his registration and is the object of an active warrant by the Fort Smith Police Department.
