Sex Offenders in Your Neighborhood: Fourteen registered offenders live within a one-half mile radius

A one-mile radius on the northside of Fort Smith radiating from 2800 North O Street reveals a total of fourteen registered sex offenders according to information obtained from the For4t Smith Police Department Sex Offender online registry,

The offenders range in age from 27 to 70 years of age and twelve of the fourteen were involved with sexual activity involving a minor. In one case, the victims were five and seven years of age.

The listing included one offender (Michael Dale Hennigan) who is currently out of compliance with his registration requirements and one woman who was arrested in another state for aiding an adult make in engaging in sexual activity with a female under fourteen.

Other than the offender out of compliance, none of these individuals are currently wanted for any crime in connection with their status.
