Sebastian County plea deal princess in-and-out of jail in three hours after latest drug arrest

A Paris woman who served less than two years of a prison sentence on drug charges and permitting the abuse of a minor that contributed to the death of her 19-month-old daughter in 2018 was back in jail Wednesday on Felony Petition to Revoke charges.

Sierra Ann Johnson was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on the Class D Felony Petition to Revoke charge. Johnson spent just a little more than three hours in jail on Wednesday before being released on a $2500 signature bond.

It appears the violation that triggered the petition to revoke was an August 21 arrest for Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance for Purpose of Delivery and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

She also agreed to testify truthfully against her ex-boyfriend Williams as part of the sweetheart deal with the Sebastian County Prosecutors office.

Johnson had also been arrested in May of 2021 after her release from prison and charged with driving with a suspended license, Class B misdemeanor failure to appear and misdemeanor possession of Schedule VI controlled substances.

Johnson reportedly has had another child after being jailed on the 2018 charges.

Williams was later sentenced to 40 years for First Degree Murder on yet another plea agreement brokered by the Sebastian County Prosecutor's office.
