Officials in Benton County say a 44- year-old Bentonville man died Saturday as the result of a one vehicle crash that occurred inside the Bentonville City limits.
Tugi Tagoilelagi was driving a 2015 Di9dge Ram westbound on McNelly Road in Bentonville at just before 8 p.m. on Saturday when he lost control and struck a tree. The truck then went airborne and Tagoilelagi was ejected on impact.
Tagoilelagi was tr9ansported to Mercy Hospital where he died 0of his injuries.
According to Benton County Sheri9ff Office deputy Michael C, D0wdle the weather was clear and the roadway was dry at the time of the accident.
The fatality was the 131st of the year on Arkansas roads and highways.
