Russellville physician released on $10,000 bond after weekend in jail on domestic related charges

A Russellville family practice physician who has been affiliated with numerous hospitals including St Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville was arrested and later released on a $10,000 bond on a number of domestic related charges after spending the weekend in jail. .
Dr. Tracy Thomas Phillips, 58, was booked into the Pope County Detention Center after an incident that occurred October 23 at just after 1 am. Phillips booked out of the PCDC at 2:24 p.m. Sunday on Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threatening, Domestic Batter and Interfering with Emergency Communication charges according to information from Pope County booking.
A cursory internet search on Phillips yields only traffic infractions and one civil suit stemming from his association with a North :Little Rock hospital. He currently has an office at 1808 West Main Street on Russellville.
