Police officials say a 22-year-old Rogers woman was killed in a single-vehicle accident near the 69.5 mile marker on Interstate I-49 on Monday. The accident occurred within the Fayetteville city limits.

According to a preliminary report filed by the Arkansas State Police, Charity Rohrbough was southbound, during rainy and wet conditions, at just after 11 pm Monday night when the 2019 Jeep she was driving ran off the right side of the highway. The Jeep struck a guard rail, overturned, and came to rest in the middle of the interstate.
Rohrbough was pronounced dead at the scene by the Washington County Coronor's Office. Cpl. Shane Alkirke of the ASP noted the rainy conditions and wet roadway as a contributing factor in the accident.
Rohrbough's death is 109th of the year on Arkansas roadways.
