George Humberto Garcia, whose last listed address was in the 16000 block of Sycamore Lane in Rogers, was arrested on Tuesday on the two counts and remained jailed as of 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

Garcia, now 39, was originally charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree in Howard County in August of 2007 and found guilty in February of 2008. He ws given six years in prison with another four years suspended at that time.

He obviously was out of prison by July 6, 2010 becuase a 2014 divorce decree listed that as the date he was married in Benton County.
