Rogers police arrest 33-year-old man for Second Degree Sexual Assault and Indecency with a Child

A 33-year-old Rogers man who was arrested last week and charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and Sexual Indecency with a Child remains behind bars on Monday on a no-bond hold according to information from the Benton County Detention Center.
David Warken, whose last verifiable address from online sources was in a cul-de-sac on South B Place in Rogers, faces Class B and Class D felony charges in the case. No details on arrest warrants or other criminal information been posted on Arkansas Court Connect as of 7 p.m. Monday.
Warken was booked into the BCDC last Friday, according to jail records.
The Class B and D felonies carry up to 5-10 years in prison and up to a $15,000 fine for the assault while Class D felonies are the least serious felonies in Arkansas, punishable by up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
