A Vian man finds himself on the concrete end of the Sebastian County Adult Detention Center tonight after Fort Smith Police busted him allegedly sexually assaulting a child under the age of 14 years.
Rodney Cottrell stands 6'3" and weighs 230 lbs and was fishing for the new felony when police were alerted to suspicious activity.
Due to the nature of the crime and the age of the victim, case details will not be released to the immediate public.
Cottrell remains jailed Saturday night with NO BOND.
