ONSET...This Afternoon. DISCUSSION... A few scattered showers and thunderstorms will remain possible through the early afternoon hours, especially across portions of northeast Oklahoma. While much of the area will see cooler temperatures today, afternoon high temperatures across far southeast Oklahoma near 100 degrees will result in heat indices around 105 in a few locations.
