Convicted sex offender Jonathan Enoch Bricker was sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections on January 9, 2026, after a Greene County judge revoked his suspended sentence.

The hearing took place before the Honorable Melissa Richardson. Prosecutors argued that Bricker violated the terms of his suspended sentence. The lead prosecuting attorney was Bradley McBride, assisted by Adam Butler. Bricker was represented by attorneys Bill Stanley and Jennings Stanley.

The court determined that Bricker committed the offenses of harassing communications and failure to appear in court while under the suspended sentence. Judge Richardson imposed the maximum sentence of 10 years, with credit given for time already served.

Bricker did not testify during the hearing but requested to make a statement. He stood and, through tears, asked for another chance, expressed remorse, and apologized to the court, prosecutors, and others involved. Judge Richardson stated that the court was not remotely persuaded by his show of remorse or his request for leniency.

Bricker's original conviction stemmed from a 2019 case in Greene County, where he pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Prosecutors stated that he was found with approximately 100 images of child sexual abuse material, including images involving children as young as three that police could connect to him.

He served a portion of his sentence and received a suspended imposition of sentence

.Bricker, a registered sex offender and former MMA fighter, had previously been arrested in Puerto Rico in 2025 after failing to appear for a court hearing, leading to a nationwide extradition order.

He was returned to Arkansas custody following that incident.
