Rape of juvenile less than 14-years old leads to felony arrest of Fort Smith man

A Fort Smith man remains in custody after his arrest on Friday on Rape charges involving a victim under the age of fourteen.

Dajun Duntez Byes was still behind bars in the Sebastian County Detention Center as of 4:30 p.m. Sunday on a $50,000 legally sufficient bond.

Because of the age of the victim there is currently no further information on the incident and arrest at this time.
