Authorities have released the identity of the man whose body they found January 2 at the bottom of a well in Little River County. Arkansas.

The deceased has been identified as Bobby Conley, 66, of Tom, OK, and they are working the case as a homicide.
The McCurtain County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Chance Cathey, about 6’0″ and weighing 200 lbs., with light brown hair and green eyes who has been deemed a person of interest in the case.
According to a report from KTAL News in Shreveport, Cathey was spotted Tuedsay night by a doorbell camera at a residence in Tom off Highway 3 in extreme southern Oklahoma. Authorities in Little River County say they are assisting McCurtain County and FBI officials in the manhunt.
Cathey holds previous warrants for aggravated assault and for being a felon in possession of a firearm according to Oklahoma law enforcement sources.
