Officials in Cherokke County said a Sand Springs man was killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday afternoon north of Tahlequah at 3:45 p.m.
Isaiah Uebelhart, 22, was riding a 2012 Kawasaki 1000 motorcycle Saturday about eight miles north and three miles east of Tahlequah in Cherokee County. at the time of the accident, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
Uebelhart was taken by ambulance to Northeastern Health System in Tahlequah, where he was pronounced dead, according to troopers.
The Highway Patrol, which said Uebelhart was wearing a helmet, released few other details of the crash, stating only that it remains under investigation.
