Oasis of Northwest Arkansas, a transitional living community for women in recovery and their children, announced the launch of an awareness program entitled “Faces of Addiction.”
The Faces of Addiction Project will showcase the faces and stories of ordinary people who have struggled with alcohol and drug addiction.
According to their website, the awareness project is an effort to show that addiction can affect anyone: your friend, next door neighbor, or a family member.
If you are in recovery, and would like to participate in this project, or if you are a business that would like to showcase these photos and stories, contact LaDonna Humphrey, director@oasisforwomennwa.org or visit their website at: https://www.oasisforwomennwa.org/faces-of-addiction.
