Narcotics dealer sentenced to ADC rehab before drug court
Nicholas Heath Franklin, the bi-state heroin bandit known for dealing drugs throughout western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma, was sentenced last week in a Fort Smith Court to a 90-day drug treatment program, courtesy of the Arkansas Department of Corrections, before returning to face drug court sentencing.
In July, Franklin was sentenced in Tulsa to 5 years in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections with 5 years suspended for his involvement in a heroin bust involving Roland drug dealer Jordan Kyle Miller.
While each case is different, Franklin has the opportunity to complete rehab and drug court to potentially avoid his most recent felony charge.
