Multi-agency search warrant nets $12 million worth of pot plants at illegal grow operations


The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Missouri Highway Patrol, Delaware County District Attorney Drug Task Force and Grove Police Department served two search warrants today on marijuana grow operations.


District 2 County Commissioner Jake Callihan provided trucks and equipment for the removal and disposal of the confiscated marijuana. One search warrant was served at 58266 East 360 Road in Ja, which had previously operated as Premium Leaf Production but currently had no active license.


The second search warrant was served at Rainbow Flowers LLC located at 67015 East 380 Road in Jay..


These search warrants were based on an investigation into out of state black market marijuana sales. One person is currently in custody with other arrests that may follow in connection with this investigation.


In total there was 7,468 plants and 1,846 pounds of marijuana confiscated with an approximate value of 12 million dollars. If you have a suspicion of an illegal grow operation in your area, please contact your local sheriff’s office.
