Muldrow registered sex offender arrested for soliciting sex from a minor in Crawford County

An Oklahoma registered sex offender remains behind bars in Crawford County after an arrest on Monday on Sexual Indecency with a Child charges, according to booking information from the CCSO.
Michael Jay Cochran, who currently lists his resdience as Muldrow, was taken into custody over the weekend in Sefor soliciting sex from a minor under the age of fifteen.quoyah County and transferred to Crawford County on Mpnday and charged with one count of Sexual Indecency with a Child and a second count of Breaking and Entering.
No details of when the crime occurred or other information has been released at this time.
rimeIn 2011, Cochran was sentenced to the ADC for four years for the same crime when he entered into a plea deal for soliciting sex from a minor under the age of fifteen.
He has also lived in Van Buren and Fort Smith according to intonation from the court system.
Cochran remains jailed on a $50,000 legally sufficient bond,
