Monday wreck on State Highway 112 south of Johnson proves deadly to 19-year-old Farmington man

The Arkansas State Police say a Washington County nineteen year-old died Monday as the result of injuries sustained in a one-car accident on State Highway 112 in Fayetteville just south of Johnson.


Police say Braylon Biggerstaff, 19, of Farmington was southbound in a 2017 Toyota Corolla at just before 8 am Monday morning when the car ran exited the roadway on the west side. The vehicle then proceeded to run down a a grassy embankment before striking a tree head-on and coming to rest.


Biggerstaff was taken to Washnigton County Regional where he was later pronounced dead.


According to trooper Zachary Rogers of the ASP, At the time of the incident, which the weather condition were clear and the pavement was dry at the time of the crash.
