A two-car collision just before 8 p.m. on Monday took the life of an 18 year-old Rogers man and sent a 48 year-old Benton County resident to the Gravette Hospital for treatment, according to a report filed by the Arkansas State Police.
Police say a 2017 Jeep driven by Brandon Malachi Hollowell was northbound on State Highway 459 inside he Gentry city limits crossed the centerline and struck a southbound 2012 Ford driven by Juan Albarran, also of Rogers,

The vehicles both wound up in ditches on their respective side of the road after impact. Hollowell was pronounced dead at the scene.
The fatality was the 106th of the year on Arkansas roadways.
