A Madison County man died last Friday as the result of a ATV accident last Friday in rural Madison County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
The ASP posted a preliminary report on Monday detailing the wreck that took the life of aa 70-year4-old resident of the Combs community, which is located within the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest and is just south of the upper White River.
Police say 70-year-old Toby Chase was driving a 2018 Polaris North on County Road 4275 when the ATV went off the side of the road and struck a tree.
According to Madison County Deputy Nickola Fennell the weather was clear and the road was dry at the time of thee accident, which occurred just after 4 p.m.
