Little Rock office of the FBI continues to seek information on suspect wanted for bank and wire fraud conspiracy

The FBI is actively searching for 26-year-old Latisha Tamara Lak after she removed her court-ordered ankle monitor and failed to appear for a bond-revocation hearing in federal court.
On August 29, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas for Failure to Appear. Lak had been free on supervised release while awaiting trial on earlier charges of conspiracy to commit bank fraud and wire fraud filed in August 2022.
Authorities say Lak cut off her GPS ankle monitor and has not been seen since. She is now considered a federal fugitive.Lak, who is 5'4" and approximately 220 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. She has distinctive tattoos on her chest, both breasts, neck, and right buttocks.
She is known to use multiple aliases, including “Ling,” Laneigh Brown, Latisha T. Lak, Latisha Lak, and Jennifer Savery, and has listed dates of birth ranging from 1990 to 1999.
Lak has known ties to Little Rock, Houston,, and San Francisco.
