Incest charge, misdemeanor Petition to Revoke finds Fort Smith man behind bars with $12, 500 bond

Booking information from the Sebastian County Detention Center on Tuesday revealed that a Fort Smith man was arrested by the Sebastian County Sheriff Office on a charge of Incest with an adult relative.

Marty Lewis Adams, who had a previous misdemeanor conviction for Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member by Choking in early July of this year, was also hit with a Petition to Revoke after his Tuesday arrest. The booking information says the sex crime occurred August 3.

Adams was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center at 2 p.m. on Tuesday and remained in jail 24-hours later facing a total of $12,500 in surety bonds for his release. He has court appearances on two separate dates next week on the charges,

Today in Fort Smith has redacted the booking information to protect the identity of the other party involved in the incest since no charges have been filed against that person at this time.
