Homeland Security arrests homeless Fayetteville man for Internet Stalking of a Child

Officials say a homeless man arrested earlier this week in Washington County by Homeland Security remains jailed in lieu of a $5000 bond after his arrest earlier in the week for one count of Internet Stalking of a Child.
Fifty-seven year-old Johnny Rickert was booked into the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday at just after 8 p.m. and his Rule 8.1 hearing was held this morning in Washington County Circuit Court.
Rickert, who served time seventeen years ago on a Parole Revocation after he was arrested on a Theft of Property charge, shows only four divorce proceedings and a couple of civil suits on his public arrest record, meaning the crime for which his parole was revoked in 2003 has probably aged out of the Arkansas Court Connect System.
