Hackett woman killed in fall from truck in Haskell County on Monday
A Hackett woman was killed on Monday when she opened the door of the vehicle she was traveling in "to be sick" and fell out, according to the Oklahoma highway Patrol.
Donna Duncan 38, of Hackett was a passenger in a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Shawn Pitsco 42, of Fort Smith that was traveling eastbound on State Highway 31 near the intersection of County Road 1320 in Haskell County.
About 2.7 miles east of Kinta, Duncan fell from the moving truck. She was transported by personal vehicle to Panama where EMS personnel pronounced her dead with trunk and head injuries, according to the OHP report.
