FSPD seeking information on 18-year-old adult runaway missing from 400 block of South 17th

The Fort Smith Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 18-year-old Sylvia Perry, an adult runaway under special care who was last seen in the 400 block of South 17th Street on July 9 at approximately 6 PM.
Police officials are looking to locate her to verify her safety.
