The Fort Smith Police Department responded to a call of a suspicious body located in a car in the parking lot at the Walmart Super Center on Rogers Avenue today.
Bystanders reportedly located the body inside a vehicle before notifying authorities. The coroner declared the man---who is thought to be 50-year-old--dead the scene and authorities are reviewing surveillance video to determine the circumstances of the vehicle being parked in the lot and the length of time the body may have been on site.
