FSPD announces arrests of two individuals and a pair of juveniles in recent tobacco store hold-ups





On Thursday night, April 4, Fort Smith Police arrested Tanner Wisegarver, 24; Haley Wisegarver (formerly Waller), 24; and two juveniles in connection to a pair of robberies that targeted King's Tobacco locations at 4621 Towson Avenue and 501 North Greenwood Avenue on March 31 and Feb. 18, respectively.


All four suspects are being charged with two counts of aggravated robbery.


Both suspects have previous arrests that have landed them into the Sebastian County Detention Center in the past.


Hailey Waller has been jailed on eight separate occasions since 2020 according to Sebastian County Adult Detention  Center booking information.


Her laundry list of criminal activities include possession of controlled substances, theft property, domestic battering in the third degree, criminal trespass, as well as several failure to appear and contempt charges. 


Waller-Wisegarver those only one previous arrest in Sebastian county. He was arrested by the Fort Snmith Police Departmen on December 28th, 2023 for possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. 


As of 2:30 p.m. Friday both suspects remain jailed in the SC ADC on no bond holds awaiting their initial court dates on April 8th.
